We sold our first copy of Flat Rate Plus® in November 1996. Aptora, the company behind it, has had the same owner ever since: James Leichter, commonly known as Mr. HVAC. Flat rate companies have come and gone, and some have been sold and sold again, but not us. We have deep roots in flat rate pricing.
Now, Flat Rate Plus Online® is an easy-to-use, affordable web app. We took the best of the desktop Flat Rate Plus and put it in the cloud, with many more features than the desktop version.
